Time and Place for Worship

Naperville Presbyterian Church is located at 943 Sanctuary Lane in Naperville, Illinois. On Sunday mornings we hold two worship services, one at 8:30 a.m. and one at 11:00 a.m., each lasting about 1 hour and 15 minutes. In our worship together we give glory and praise to God as we remember and celebrate the gospel of Jesus Christ and the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit. Our services are contemporary in style and participatory in nature through the use of Scripture, prayer and music, the preaching of God's Word, and the celebration of the sacraments.

Children

Worshipping our God is the most important thing we do and we are excited to have all of our children worshipping with us on Sunday morning. Being part of the family means that we come together, hear God's word, sing, pray together, laugh and share concerns. Children are part of our Covenant Community and we encourage parents to prepare their children to be an active part of our community by worshipping with us.

During the sermon, children in Kindergarten through 3rd Grade have the opportunity for age appropriate Bible learning in the Multipurpose Room (MPR). BLAST! (Bible Learning And Sharing Together) is a ministry we offer for children (K-3rd Grade) who wish to be dismissed during the sermon time. Parents are to pick up their children from the MPR after the service. (Note that if you and your children are attending Sunday School following the first service, you need to pick up your children from BLAST! and take them to their class). 4th & 5th Graders will attend the entire service with their families. Children's sermon inserts are available in the Weekly each week. For the youngest children, nurseries through Pre K classes are available during the services.

Children, Middle School, and High School Sunday School classes meet 9:55 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.

Adult Education classes meet 9:55 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.

Turn south on Rickert and proceed to the second left which is Sanctuary Lane

From the South:

Take 75th Street to Book Road
Turn north on Book Road and proceed to the next stop light.
Turn left on Rickert and proceed to the next street on the right which is Sanctuary Lane
