Membership Class Signup - May 18 and 19, 2012
Membership class at our church is a two part course (Friday evening 6:30 - 9 pm and 8:30-11:30 am on Saturday morning) for those who have taken Discovery. Get to know our church and our purpose and passion for the Gospel. Have fun getting to know others while you learn what it means to be a member of NPC.
Why is membership important to us? By becoming a member, a person is first and foremost acknowledging his or her sinfulness before a Holy God and trusting Jesus Christ for eternal salvation, which is the most important decision a person will make. Members also make a commitment to the local church, both to serve in ministry and to be ministered to by the pastors, elders and other caring servants within the community. We encourage our members and friends to join a small group community and become personally involved in ministry to strengthen their relationship with Jesus Christ.
Chris Hodge will be teaching our next class. Join us for this one week-end class to be held on Friday, May 18 (6:30-9:00 pm with dinner) and Saturday, May 19 (8:30 -11:30 am).
