Introduction to Small Groups
Small Groups at Naperville Presbyterian Church (NPC)
are often made up of both couples and singles
who commit to meeting together for spiritual care and development for a
duration of months, even years. Most groups are made up of ten to twenty
members in various stages of life.
By connecting in a smaller community
with other Christ-followers for fellowship around God's Word, members
build Christian relationships, uphold each other, speak truth to one
another, pray for one another and in so doing, are formed into the
likeness of Christ.
If you are interested in joining an NPC Small Group, please complete
the form in the back of the booklet, or call the church office so we can
help find a small group in your area. We will reply within a few days to
give you more information about the groups that might be a good match
for you.
The purposes of Small Groups are to:
- Apply the Bible to everyday life
- Care for one another, meeting needs, helping out, making meals,
etc.
- Pray with and for one another
- Help show Christ to others
- Have fun together, enjoying new relationships
If you would like to join a small group, please
complete the online form, or contact
one of the staff members at NPC, and we'll help you find the right group for
your needs.
