High School Ministries at NPC
In line with the vision for the larger church body, our vision is to INFECT all students, adult leaders, and their families with JOY in God's glory and PASSION to become like Him. We will focus our energies on experiencing Jesus Christ together through intentional relationships and the Living Word of God.
Living Big is our INFECT.; We INFECT each other by being together on most Sunday evenings from 6-8 pm. I pray that you "May have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ." (Ephesians 3:18) This is a family and you are a part of it. It is a safe place to start, that is contagious and full of life. Other special events include retreats, campouts, lock-ins and other varying events.
Living Proof is our JOY. We experience JOY together by knowing and experiencing God through His Word on Sunday Mornings from 9:55 - 10:45 am. We want to glorify God by living what we believe. "Do not merely listen to the Word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says." (James 1:22) This JOY produces service. We currently have about 30 students involved in Children's Education, BLAST, Worship Team and Youth Choirs. Other opportunities for service are mission trips, 30 Hour Famine, and other local opportunities.
Living Life is our PASSION. We radiate PASSION by being intimately involved in each others lives through mid-week Bible Studies. This is a place to be truly known and cared for, "And let us consider how we may spur one another on towards love and good deeds." (Hebrews 10:54) This is where lives are changed. We share a meal, God's word and our lives together.
