Keith Scherer has been on staff at Naperville Presbyterian Church (NPC) since 1990. He is responsible for the weekly development and planning of our worship services and works with a large volunteer staff of musicians who bring their gifts and passions for vibrant worship to each service. Keith received a Master of Arts degree from Wheaton College and has completed a post masters program in worship for the Certificate of Advanced Studies in Ministry from Northern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Pam Shortness coordinates a group of volunteers in music ministry whose  purpose is to serve and edify our Lord through song. She meets weekly with the choir for worship services rehearsal and to prepare for special musical events throughout the year. Pam joined the Naperville Presbyterian Church staff in 1993. She has a Masters degree in Music from Northern Illinois University.
