Middle School Announcements
Student Ministries provides opportunities for middle school
students, grades 6 through 8, to get together and enjoy fun
activities throughout the year. Activities may include retreats,
community service projects, Magic Waters, the Dunes, cookouts, camp
outs, lock-ins, and fun nights. Check back often to see upcoming
activities.
- Fall Retreat October 17-19 at Cedar Creek Camp
near Norway, IL. Forms due October 5th. Join us for a great
time in the wilds of Illinois for fellowship, food and fun.
The Remedy is our theme for this retreat, we will be
looking at how we live in a broken world and find out what God is
doing about it. Cost is $125.00. Bring a friend and
both of you get $5.00 off.

Sports Wednesdays Join with us on the 2nd and 4th
Wednesday of each month for sports fun in the MPR. We'll play
basketball, volleyball, dodgeball and other games. Call the
church office for last minute cancellation info. Upcoming
dates are 10/8, 10/22. A change in the rotation for November,
(due to 5 Wednesdays in October) dates are 11/5 and 11/19.
- Unleashed! Sunday Morning we meet in rooms
081-083 and 085-087 from 9:55 to 10:45 am. We meet as a
group and then break out into a 6th grade group and a combined 7th
and 8th grade group.
- CHAOS - Middle School Youth Group meets Sunday evenings
from 6-8 pm. We have a time of fellowship and games, a study
and small group time and then have snacks to end the evening.
Don't do D.R.U.G.S. or Daily Relying on Un-Godly Things, is
our theme for the fall. We are doing a lesson series on the
challenge of relying on God instead of other things or people.
