The Student Ministries Department of Naperville Presbyterian
Church is committed to the spiritual development of middle school,
high school, college students and their families. We seek to be
Christ-like in all thought and action, to build a wholesome community, and to
develop our relationship with Christ through the following methods:
Connect -- The Christian life cannot be
lived alone, we seek to connect non-churched students with other
Christian students, and Christian students with one another.
Change -- Christians are sure to grow toward
a better relationship with Christ, we seek to build each other up
in our faith and be Christ-like in all things.
Care -- The Christian life is most readily
seen through active service, we seek to involve students in service
of the church and our surrounding community, nationally, and internationally.
Live -- Honoring means to glorify God not
only in singing, but in every word and action in life, both in the
church and outside its walls.
Express -- Christians have good news, we
think this news should be shared with others, we create opportunities to share
Christ's work with our community, our nation, and other nations.
In Student Ministries, we partner with parents to teach students
about Christ's gracious work on the cross and the implications it has on everyday life.
We seek to create an environment where middle school, high school
and college students can come for encouragement, insight and support
into the critical areas of their life.
