Discipleship
Our mission at NPC is to follow Jesus' words from Matthew 28:19-20
Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in
the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching
them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you
always, to the end of the age.
We seek to accomplish this through worship, discipleship, serving and sharing the gospel. it is our prayer that these values drive our decisions, our direction, our programming, and our relationships.
Sunday Night Life
Sundays, 5:30-7:30 pm at the church, for all ages, infants to grandparents, singles and couples alike. Sunday Night life is an opportunity for relational discipleship for our life in Christ. We believe the Christian life is lived in community.
We pray that people will engage in personal relationships in the church, talking, sharing, praying for one another, learning from the Bible and applying it to their lives. As such, we've developed many ways for people to pursue relational-discipleship: small groups, men's and women's groups and studies, age-appropriate groups for care, classes and communities that can foster and encourage our life in Christ.
Sunday Nights starting at 5:30 pm is a great opportunity to invest in these relationships. We meet at the church, and everyone has a place to connect with others who are pursuing a relationship with God.
Each member is a minister of the gospel; we are all called to bring the gospel into our work, our neighborhoods, etc. Christian growth and maturity happens in relationship, in life. It is not extracted ideas that are just for a classroom or a small group, but it happens in the lives that we share, the time talking and engaging, the character of those in our group, the memories that we forge and the many opportunities to serve each other and pray for each other.
We offer adult classes, high school and middle school programs, as well as classes for children. Join us!
