Living Hope for Children

Living Hope for Children aims to empower impoverished children in Uganda to grow physically and spiritually, fostering a brighter future for themselves and subsequent generations. They identify orphans and vulnerable children, strive to keep families intact or find suitable guardians, place them in Christian schools, care for their material needs, and engage them with age-appropriate discipleship. Living Hope's goal is to equip these children to impact their communities for Christ.

Education is at the heart of the Living Hope child sponsorship program, anchored by four high-quality schools—three primary and one secondary. Their schools foster caring, stable environments that cultivate a passion for learning and faith in Christ among students. Living Hope engages guardians through committees at their care centers, making them partners in their child's education and the ministry. This community-focused approach yields optimal outcomes for both sponsored children and their neighborhoods.

Naperville Presbyterian Church partners with Living Hope for Children to serve children from Bugamba, Uganda, a rural area where children have many material needs. NPC is excited to partner with Living Hope for Children to care for orphans in their affliction and share with them the living hope found in Jesus Christ.
