SERVING AS CHRIST SERVED

Christ’s own service founds and fuels ours. Though he was the Most High God, yet in his grace, he came low to serve: “The Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many” (Matthew 20:28).

As we serve one another, we live out the rhythm of Christ’s grace—not seeking our own benefit, but serving and giving of ourselves for the benefit of others. In this way, we both build one another up and build a culture of grace. And ultimately, through serving the body of Christ, the church, we serve Christ himself.

There are many ways to use your gifts and talents to serve at NPC. Whether on Sunday mornings or during the week, behind the scenes or in the action, there is a place for you. Complete the survey below and we will help you find a place to serve.

"Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus, who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied himself, by taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men."

PHILIPPIANS 2:5–7
