Wade grew up in Phoenix, where he learned the truth and beauty of Jesus at home and at church. He graduated from Wheaton College (’13) and Covenant Theological Seminary (’17). Wade then served in ministry for six years, working with college students at a church in Iowa City, Iowa.

Wade is married to wonderful Claire and has two boys, Haddon and Packer. Claire and Wade first met and fell in love at Wheaton College.

Wade is so very happy with the high honor of being called to serve Christ among the “walking Christian splendors” of NPC. He desires with his whole heart to proclaim the unsearchable riches of Christ (Ephesians 3:8) with the affection of Christ for the people (Philippians 1:8).

His aim in life and ministry is summarized by 19th century Scottish pastor, Robert Murray M’Cheyne: “Learn much of the Lord Jesus. For every look at yourself, take ten looks at Christ. He is altogether lovely. Such infinite majesty, and yet such meekness and grace, and all for sinners. Live much in the smiles of God. Bask in his beams.”
